Any High School dance team or Orchesis group may purchase a convention pass to take classes for $50 per dancer. Group discounts do not apply to this promo.

We kindly request that all registration forms and balances are submitted no later than 30 days before the event.

Yes! Independent dancers are always welcome. Independent dancers may also apply to perform in the Concert Gala.

Observer bands can be purchased from Registration at the event. Only cash or credit will be accepted for wristband purchases at the event.

Observers under 10 years old are not required to purchase an observer band to watch classes. All minor observers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To keep registration quick and efficient, we kindly request that only Studio Directors or studio representatives come to the registration area to retrieve the welcome packet and to check-in participants. Independent dancers are allowed to check-in following Studio Check-in.

We believe in a well-rounded convention schedule. We offer genres in Technical, Urban and cultural dance including but not limited to : Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Bollywood, Modern, Fusion, Choreography, Improv, African, Salsa, Lyrical, Tap, Heels and Ballroom.

Assigned faculty may vary by event but each Activate Your Artistry regional convention will have no less than five industry faculty members teaching throughout the weekend.

Dancers must register for the Summer Intensive auditions and submit an audition application to be eligible to earn a spot on the Tribe Assistant Program. 

Seating is set up Theatre Style for the Concert Gala. The first two rows of chairs at each regional event are reserved for Studio Owners and Directors only.

Entry into the Gala is free and open to the public! QR codes for entry may be required.

Light refreshments may be served at the Concert Gala. Refreshments are not guaranteed and offerings may vary by event.
