At Activate Your Artistry, we are committed to cultivating a space where every individual feels safe, respected, and valued. Our community is built on inclusivity, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind.

We do not tolerate behavior that targets or marginalizes others based on race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, or sexual orientation.

We proudly celebrate the diversity of our dance community and expect all attendees, staff, and volunteers to contribute to an environment rooted in respect, professionalism, and kindness.

By registering for Activate Your Artistry, all participants agree to uphold this policy. Any individual who engages in discriminatory, harassing, or harmful behavior—including but not limited to verbal abuse, intimidation, unwelcome remarks, or actions that create a hostile environment—will be subject to immediate removal.

Activate Your Artistry reserves the right to:

• Remove any participant from an event without refund
• Deny future participation in events
• Remove individuals from affiliated platforms and communities
• Escalate any consistent issue to local authorities

This policy extends beyond our in-person events to include all Activate Your Artistry-affiliated spaces, including social media platforms and online interactions. Violations occurring before, during, or after events may result in permanent removal from the AYA community.
